The Dacia Duster Cargo takes the popular (and cheap) Duster SUV passenger car and transforms it into a practical commercial van.
It’s designed for a wide range of businesses and based on the same platform as the passenger version, which means the external dimensions here are also applicable to the Dacia Duster SUV.
To create the Duster Cargo, Dacia removed the rear seats, replacing them with a flat load floor.
They also added a plastic mesh bulkhead, which separates the cabin and rear cargo compartments, and included need to have van items like lashing points.
The Duster Cargo retains the same external dimensions as the Duster SUV.
Both the 4x4 and 4x2 variants share a wheelbase of 2658mm and an overall length of 4343mm.
The width without mirrors is 1813mm for all versions of the Dacia Duster, and the overall width with the mirrors folded is 1921mm, extending to 2069mm when unfolded.
There's a small variation between the heights of the four-wheel-drive and the two-wheel-drive models, but it's very small. The 4x4 model has a unladen height of 1621mm, which increases to 1661mm with roof bars. The 4x2 is slightly lower at 1616mm and 1656mm, respectively.
Ground clearance for the 4x4 is 217mm while the 4x2 has a slighly lower ground clearance of 209mm.

It might be quite a compact van, but the Duster Cargo provides a pretty generous amount of load volume.
