How big is the Maxus eDeliver 3 and what are the Maxus eDeliver 3 dimensions?
That's what you're hear to find out, so that's what we'll try to tell you.
The eDeliver 3 is a small to medium-sized van built by Chinese manufacturer SAIC Maxus. It's available in the UK with just one body size, although there are two wheelbase lengths. That's because there's also a chassis cab version. But here, we are going to focus on the dimensions of the eDeliver 3 panel van.
You can learn more about the van by reading our Maxus eDeliver 3 review.
We'll start with the most commonly asked question:
The Maxus eDeliver 3 is 1895mm or 1.89m when rounded up.
The Maxus eDeliver 3 measures 4555mm in length, 1895mm height and 1780mm width.
In metres, the eDeliver 3 is therefore roughly 4.6m long, 1.9m high and 1.8m wide.
The eDeliver 3 panel van is also built on a wheelbase of 2910mm, compared to the chassis cab which has a 3285mm wheelbase. Earlier versions of the eDeliver 3 were also available as a long wheelbase panel van that measured 5.1m in length.
With just one body size, the carrying capacity of the rear loadspace is easy to explain, so we'll list them as a series of easy to understand questions:
The eDeliver 3 has a maximum loadspace volume of 4.8m3. This is the cargo volume area of the entire rear compartment.
The maximum load length of the eDeliver 3 is 2180mm.
The load width of the eDeliver 3 is 1665mm at its widest point and 1220mm between the wheelarches.
The internal load height of the eDeliver 3 is 1330mm throughout the rear of the van.
The Maxus eDeliver 3 is a fairly unusually shaped van when compared to the competition. Larger than a standard city van, it is more closely matched to long-wheelbase models but with greater height. It's also slightly undersized compared to a medium-sized van.
It therefore offers much greater carrying capacity than a small van, and as such it has larger door openings to match its bigger size.
The rear doors of the Maxus eDeliver 3 open to 180 degrees with an opening of 1665mm - the width of the van. The sliding rear doors have a width of 710mm and height of 1230mm.
