The new Farizon SV van will get breakdown support courtesy of the AA, it has been confirmed.
Jameel Motors, the UK distributor for the Farizon SV large van, has entered into a partnership agreement with the AA to provide nationwide aftersales support.
Order books for the vehicle are open, and the first customers are expected to be announced soon. Expect the AA to feature on that list, if the above picture is anything to go by.
Jameel Motors UK plans to establish a network of Farizon Auto franchised dealers across the country with the first step being this agreement with the AA to provide breakdown cover for the electric van.
Yesterday, Farizon announced it had signed an agreement with DHL to provide logistic support for the new range of large electric vans.
The AA’s support package for Farizon customers includes regular service and maintenance provision through its 213 EV- and LCV-certified aftersales workshops across the country, as well as nationwide coverage of more than 100 on-call mobile technicians.
The AA expects to fulfil routine service bookings at just 48 hours’ notice and will provide a dedicated telephone helpline to handle bookings, technical queries, and customer service enquiries.
