Kia UK has announced its locations and partners for the new network of national PBV Centres that will support its new range of electric vans.
An initial list of 61 locations cover a broad area of the country, including several well-known dealers. They will be the exclusive sales and aftersales service centres for the PBV range of Kia vans.
The new PBV Centre network for their professional business vans has been built from the ground up, with all new Kia PBV Centres planned to be fully operational by late 2025. This will coincide with the first UK deliveries of the Kia PV5 Cargo and Kia PV5 Passenger models.
“The new PBV Centre network will be built on the back of our successful partnership with our dealer network and the vast majority of our new PBV Centres will be managed by an existing partner," Kia UK president and CEO Paul Philpott said.
"The new network will be formed of a combination of standalone facilities; linked to multi-brand van centres; or at existing Kia locations. We will capitalise on our fleet and business expertise within our network, and are looking to operate very much under the same franchise principals we employ across our car business that have earned praise from our partners and customers alike," he added.
Partners for the PBV van centres have been selected for their expertise and ability to best serve commercial vehicle customers. Many of the dealers will be known to LCV customers as they operate aftersales for other brands, while some are existing sites serving Kia’s own fleet and business customers.
Every PBV Centre will be equipped with its own dedicated facilities, which will include a sales area with display units of the electric vans, a service reception and a dedicated workshop. Sites will have high-capacity ramps to cope with the higher GVW of the new Kia vans, as well as specialist Kia equipment and tools.

The PV5, will be available excluviely from PBV Centres, with pre-orders for the PV5 Cargo and Passenger models now open.
Prices start from £27,645 (+VAT) for the PV5 Cargo L2H1 model, which also qualifies for the current government Plug-in Van Grant of £5,000. The first UK customer deliveries are expected in Q4 2025.
