Thanks for checking out the guide for the Ford Ranger Platinum dimensions which includes the full size breakdown of the newest Ranger Platinum trim level as well as the length, height and width measurements.
In this guide we'll look at the official Ford technical data to give you the dimensions of the Ranger Platinum pick-up truck.

These dimensions are intended to help when comparing with other vehicles, planning loading, parking clearance, or choosing a canopy.
The Platinum trim shares the same body as other Ranger double cab models, so many published specs apply across trim levels and will be the same as the Ford Ranger dimensions guide we have already published.

The unladen height of the Ranger Platinum (double cab) is 1,886 mm in UK specification.Â
This is the height measured to the top of the cab roof, without additional roof racks or other attachments.
Below are the load bed (cargo box) dimensions that apply to the Ranger Platinum double cab.

Platinum dimensions detail:
To estimate the load bed floor area, we can multiply the floor length by the width, but that won't take into account the wheelarch intrusions.
In theory the area is equivalent to 2.55 m², however, after factoring in the wheelarches, the usable flat area is more realistically closer to 2m².
Ford’s published technical documents for the Ranger show an unladen ground clearance of 229mm.Â
The official UK (European) spec for the Ford Ranger’s double-cab load bed (including the Platinum) is a 1,638 mm floor length, 1,224 mm width between wheel arches, 1,560 mm maximum width and 511 mm bed depth.
Despite its chrome and posh interior, the Ranger Platinum is just as capable as any other Ranger model and has a wading depth of 800mm.
