Grab £750 off a new Volkswagen van throughout September

VW T1 Transporter Bus
September 1, 2025

VW is celebrating the 75 year anniversary since its iconic Bus went into production by giving customers a nice little discount on its entire range.

Although the offer is celebrating 75 years since the Transporter went into production, the £750 saving is across its entire model range. While birthdays only come once a year, the offer is also available for the entire month of September.

Its birthday bonus is in addition to any other existing offer and applies to all Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles including its lifestyle models. However, you'll have to pick a stock model, so in other words, no custom builds.

As well as vans like the new Volkswagen Transporter, the offer extends to the Multivan and even the Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo and the VW ID Buzz passenger van.

Having first gone into production in 1950 with the T1, Volkswagen is celebrating 75 years of the Transporter, which is not only the the most successful commercial vehicle still on sale but also the one with the the longest production run in Europe, to date. That's a gentle reminder to Ford that their Ford Transit is only a mere 60 years old this year.

Volkswagen has also been celebrating 20 years of the California Beach Camper van at the Caravan Salon in Dusseldorf last week.

It unveiled a new special edition campervan to celebrate two decades of its popular California Beach model.

The VW California Beach Camper Energy was revealed at the trade show in Düsseldorf, Germany, as a more feature-packed version of the Multivan-California crossover.

The first Beach model from Volkswagen was launched in 2005, when it was originally called the Multivan Beach, designed for weekend getaways.

New Transporter vans are available from £37,620 while the ID Buzz starts from £59,135.
