Volkswagen has expanded its Transporter range opening order books for the new Commerce Pro S trim.
First deliveries are expected in April with both Panel Van and Kombi models available. The new Transporter Commerce Pro S is priced from £43,050 excluding VAT.
The Commerce Pro S is positioned as a more design-focused addition to the line-up, aimed at customers wanting a sharper visual presence.
Features include exclusive 17-inch gloss black alloy wheels, a body-coloured front splitter, gloss black grille detailing, angular side bars and a body-coloured rear spoiler.
Inside, highlights include illuminated scuff plates, a high-gloss black display frame and sun visors with illuminated mirrors.
Buyers can choose between short and long wheelbase configurations, with diesel and fully electric powertrains available at launch, and an eHybrid option to follow.
Volkswagen is supporting the launch with finance incentives across the Transporter range.
Diesel variants are available on a Solutions Personal Contract Plan with 4.9% APR and a £5,000 deposit contribution.
Electric variants are offered with 2.9% APR Representative and the same £5,000 deposit contribution.
As part of the Volkswagen Transporter Sales Event, customers placing orders before 31 March can also benefit from an additional £1,500 saving.
A representative 48-month, 10,000-mile-per-annum example for the Transporter Panel Van Commerce Pro S SWB 170PS 2.0 TDI 8-speed automatic shows 47 monthly payments of £509, with a customer deposit of £10,361.79 and an optional final payment of £21,010.32.
The Kombi equivalent is also available at £509 per month, with adjusted deposit and final payment figures.
The entire Transporter line-up is covered by Volkswagen’s 5+ Promise at no extra cost with five services (three for electric models), three MOTs, a five-year warranty and five years’ roadside assistance.
Order books are now open for the Transporter Commerce Pro S trim and first deliveries are expected in April.
