Renault and Ahorn Camp team up for new motorhome launch

Renault motorhomes and campervans
August 6, 2025

Renault and German motorhome manufacturer Ahorn Camp have announced a new line of motorhomes and campervans built on the fourth-generation Renault Master.

This partnership marks the first time a motorhome brand has exclusively used the new Renault Master platform for its entire product line. The vehicles will be manufactured by well-known motorhome manufacturer Erwin Hymer Group and will be sold through Ahorn Camp branches and Renault's Europe-wide Pro+ dealer network.

The new lineup will include nine motorhome models and two campervans, catering to a wide range of customers from families to experienced travellers. The new vehicles will feature advanced technology in both the chassis and the living areas. The campervans will also follow the same dimensions of the Renault Master.

The new range is scheduled to enter production in the summer of 2025.

This collaboration builds on a long-standing partnership between the two companies. Ahorn Camp has been building its motorhomes on Renault platforms since 2014, having now used three successive generations of the Renault Master.

The new Ahorn Camp motorhome range will make its world premiere at the Caravan Salon 2025 in Düsseldorf later this month, which runs from August 29 to September 7.

Following the launch, the vehicles will be available at dealerships across Europe, beginning in Germany. The new campers will be backed by Ahorn Camp's extensive dealer and service network across Europe.

The models will be available with a choice of Renault's Blue dCi diesel engines with power outputs from 130hp to 170hp, as well as the new 9-speed automatic transmission option.

Each of the new motorhomes and campers will make use of Renault's enhanced safety systems that include advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and an intelligent new braking system. The cabin interior will also get the same new ergonomic driver seats, a high-tech multimedia systems and incorporate the original Renault reversing camera.

Pricing for the new range will start at €52,800 for campervans and €58,900 for motorhomes.
