TVL Security has expanded its range of factory-fitted security packs, designed for Ford vans.
The leading van security device manufacturers has introduced new streamlined versions of its popular HookLock and ArmourShell systems that focus on protecting a vehicle’s loadspace.
The new packs for Ford vans, allow customers to select targeted, cost-efficient security solutions that will be installed before delivery. That means that vans will be protected from day one without the need for aftermarket fitting and any time off-the-road.
The move builds on TVL Security’s long-standing relationship with Ford, which began in 2018 when the company became an official enhanced equipment provider.
Laura Moran, MD of TVL Group, said the new options were designed in response to customer feedback.
“Our new load area-specific security packs offer Ford customers greater flexibility and reduced costs by focusing protection where they need it most,” she said.
“By partnering closely with Ford, we’re able to deliver these enhanced security features directly from the factory, ensuring that customers can rely on the highest standards of protection from day one.”
The Loadspace HookLock Security Pack includes LatchSafes and HookLocks on both side and rear doors. The Loadspace ArmourShell Security Pack adds further deterrents, including external semi-automatic locks, anti-drill inserts, and a hardened steel locking bolt for additional reinforcement.
Both new loadspace-focused packs sit alongside TVL’s wider Ford security range, which includes the standard HookLock and ArmourShell packs (with front door DeadLocks), the Cabin DeadLock pack, with DeadLocks, RepLock, LatchSafes, and Loom Guards and the the SlamHandle Security Pack, which uses LatchSafes on rear and side load doors.
All TVL Security-supplied Ford packs include the company’s patented RepLock anti-pick cylinder, developed to counter tool-assisted break-ins.

Manufactured at TVL Group’s Brentwood, Essex headquarters, the security components are shipped directly to Ford’s Kocaeli assembly plant in Turkey, where they are fitted to vehicles during production.
