Iveco has unveiled the Iveco eSuperJolly, a new electric van that will compete against its own Daily van range.
The Iveco eSuperJolly is one of two new products built from a collaboration with Stellantis, using their large electric van platform.
Similar to its own Iveco eDaily, the eSuper Jolly will operate at a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 tonnes and above with a GVW ranging from 3.5 to 4.25 tonnes. Stellantis models like the Peugeot e-Boxer, Citroen e-Relay and Vauxhall Movano Electric are celebrated for their light kerbweight, which maximises payload. By using the same platform, Iveco has opened up the doors to its customers for a lighter and more usable large van alternative to the eDaily.
As such, it has been designed to deliver the best range-to-payload ratio in its class, with power for the electric van coming from a 110kWh high-density battery.
The eSuper Jolly has a claimed range of up to 420km and can be recharged with rapid charging at speeds of up to 150kW allowing the battery to add around 100km of range in just 15 minutes.
The eSuperJolly dimensions means it will offers up to 17m³ of space, with the eSuper Jolly payload capacity said to be up to 1.4 tonnes.
Unlike the eDaily it gets a front-wheel-drive unibody layout ensures maximum efficiency.
Inside, the cabin gets a multifunctional adjustable table, wireless charging, and multiple voltage charging ports, designed to transform the vehicle into a mobile office.
Safety features include Level 2+ Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to comply with the recent GSR2 standards for vans, which has meant it has been awarded a Euro NCAP Gold rating.
Speaking about the launch of the new eSuperJolly van, Carlotta Mathis, head of strategy and marketing at Iveco, said: “The introduction of our eSuperJolly, developed in collaboration with Stellantis Pro One, represents a significant milestone in our strategic journey. Together, we are delivering advanced, efficient, and sustainable mobility solutions that create substantial value for our customers.”
Alongside the eSuperJolly, Iveco has also launched the Iveco eJolly, a more compact electric van.
Deliveries of the eSuperJolly are set to commence in the first quarter of 2026, with the eSuperJolly price revealed nearer to the time.
