Stellantis has launched its sustainable parts brand SUSTAINera in the UK, giving access to a wide range of genuine used components for both Stellantis vehicles and manufacturers’ models.
The parts are being delivered through B-Parts, Europe’s leading online platform for original used auto parts.
The launch is a key milestone in Stellantis’ global circular economy strategy, aimed at reducing waste and extending vehicle lifecycles through reuse, remanufacture, and recycling.
Through the new partnership, UK repairers can now source sustainable, traceable, and cost-effective used parts, with individual motorists also able to purchase directly via the B-Parts e-commerce platform.
Parts will be supplied both locally and across Europe through a certified network of End-of-Life Vehicle dismantlers, with all UK suppliers certified by the Vehicle Recyclers’ Association to ensure quality and transparency.
The UK is seen as a strategic opportunity for the rollout due to its mature automotive parts market and strong appetite for sustainable repair solutions. B-Parts already works with UK dismantling partners and plans rapid expansion over the coming months, targeting 500,000 parts available to the UK market within a year.
Repairers in the Stellantis UK network will benefit from the same warranty and return conditions offered elsewhere in Europe, including a two-year warranty and a 14-day return period on all purchases.
By introducing this reuse solution alongside its existing remanufactured and recycled product ranges, Stellantis expects the UK to become one of its most important markets for SUSTAINera.
In July, Stellantis opened its new, state-of-the-art Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) in Ellesmere Port. Stellantis’ parts operations has now been consolidated under one roof, strategically located on the site of the former shipping yard for the adjacent electric van factory.Â
The multi-million-pound investment includes a 60,000sqm facility to houses around 140,000 different types of parts. Items are stacked up to 14m high and supply components for 10 Stellantis brands across the UK and Ireland.
